Competitive Compensation

At HireArt, we believe that people need to be well compensated in order to do their best work. Our junior engineers earn between $100,000-$140,000 per year, while senior engineer salaries range from $150,000-$220,000. In addition, enjoy 100% employer covered health, dental, and vision premiums for you and your family, life and disability insurance, and 8+ weeks of paid parental leave.

Work-From-Home

We understand that the flexibility of being able to work from home is invaluable, which is why we provide all new hires with an Apple computer of their choice as well as a $1,500 stipend to spend on creating their ideal work environment. On top of that, grab lunch on the company once a week, expense your internet monthly, and receive $250 annually to keep your space in top shape. And if you’re ever in NYC or live in the area, we maintain an office space that you’re welcome to use.

Time For You

Our engineers like to say that “as long as you deliver, you can do it on your time,” and HireArt’s flexible PTO policy backs it up. As a HireArt employee, you’ll be trusted to do what needs to be done. So, feel free to take time off for appointments, log off early to pick up your kid, or take personal days. We know that when people make space for their well-being it makes for happier, more fulfilled, and more productive employees. So, in addition to a flexible, uncapped PTO policy, we close the "office" for a total of 18 company holidays annually, including a full week before the new year.

Culture & Retreats

We’re committed to allowing people the flexibility that comes with working from home, but we also feel that face-to-face interactions are essential to building a strong sense of community. That’s why twice per year, HireArt organizes company-wide, all-inclusive trips to various locations across the U.S., where we learn, grow, and have fun together. And when we’re not all in the same place, we get together over zoom for company-wide wellbeing workshops, monthly happy hours, and other team-building events.
